Although Eduardo Gomes did not win the election, the sweet gained a special place in the hearts of Brazilians. BRIGADEIRO

INGREDIENTS:

- 1 can (14 oz) condensed milk.

- 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder.

- 1 tablespoon of butter.

- Chocolate sprinkles (for topping).

INSTRUCTIONS:

- Pour the condensed milk into a pan and place over low heat. Add cocoa powder and butter.

- Stir continuously for 10-15 minutes until thickened.

- Remove from hot and let cool.

- Mold the mixture into small balls.

- Roll the balls in chocolate sprinkles.
